Kelly Services – Supporting GE Vernova                   
Full Time – 40 hours / week Mon-Fri 8-5pm 

* Remote position
(This position is only for 6-months, with the possibility to be converted permanently)
                 
                   
Global Services Fleet Analyst:                  
        Groups I Support:                  
o   US: Wind Field Services, Sales, Tehachapi/Engineering, Travel (MCE/Uptower/HighVo/LIFTRA + Services + Blades), LMWIND                  
o   Canada: Wind
 
                 
        Reports Generated                  
o   Monthly: Inventory, Invoice, Fuel Transactions last 90 Days, Fuel Transactions Previous Month, Fuel Transactions YTD, DOT fuel transactions. Site Manager requested reports.          
o   Weekly: Sold Asset Report, Order status report (from Element)
 
                 
        Systems Used:                   
o   GE Company Vehicles for US Operations – Support Central                  
o   SUPPORT CENTRAL VEHICLE WORKFLOW                  
o   Xcelerate -Main System                  
o   Xcelerate for Drivers                  
o   DataSense – JJ Keller (DOT)                  
o   GeoTab – Telematics + DOT Vehicles                  
        Team:                  
o   US: Element FPS Team, Shawn Marshaw (GE Corp)                  
o   Canada: Element – Kelly Morgan, Ana Flores (GE Corp)                  
                   
                   
        General Responsibilities:                  
o   Policy – ensure drivers’ familiarity and understanding of company vehicle policy                  
o   Fuel PIN issuance as requested                    
o   Work with regional leadership to proactively understand vehicle needs including anticipated business growth, upfit options, EHS requirements                
o   Place vehicle orders via workflow submittal with guidance from regional leadership regarding need-by timing, quantity, location, billing                  
o   Monthly newsletter to drivers providing updates, reminders for mileage reporting, vehicle ordering updates, etc.                    
o   Work with Element and drivers to ensure completion of state transfers and required documentation                  
o   Frequent review and analysis of inventory to optimize vehicle utilization                  
o   Issue resolution—liaison to support employees: vehicle delivery, vehicle assignment, fuel cards, PINs, registration issues, mileage reporting, repair delays, etc.            
o   Review inventory and billing to ensure proper allocation and assignment                  
o   Review and follow up on fraudulent fuel charges. Complete related paperwork with the driver and ensure new issuance of fuel pin or card if necessary              
o   Review and follow up on accident claims, working with EHS and HR when required. Ensure all claims are completed.                  
o   Actively participate Fleet Bullet Train to ensure cost savings goals are met                  
o   Coordinate transportation of vehicles when needed- typically requested for average size vehicles via workflow request                  
o   For Canada only- review and decision maintenance repairs                  
o   Workflow process – Track vehicle assignment changes and ensure workflows get completed. Ensure proper billing information is provided. Ensure proper vehicle assignment is listed        
§  Submittal of pooled vehicle reassignments is completed by fleet coordinator                  
§  Ensure custodial drivers receive and review company vehicle policy. Custodial driver must submit own workflow to confirm custodial drivers’ acknowledgment of payroll deduction and personal mileage reporting requirements.
§  Ensure prompt un-assignment of vehicles from employees who move to a new role or leave the company                  
·        Manager/HR should inform fleet coordinator of employment status changes                  
§  Review workflow form requests for fleet vehicles                  
·        Follow up with business approver to ensure approvals are completed in a timely manner                  
·        Ensure accuracy of all info on request including fleet #, vehicle requested and billing information                  
§  Ensure correct workflow forms are utilized (reassignment/new need vs discontinue/removal)                  
o   Replacement Cycle                  
§  Review vehicles identified for replacement. Determine if replacement is needed. If needed, what size vehicle is needed?                  
§  Time Sensitive: Need to process quickly in order to get upfit requests out to drivers, and orders to OEMs to claim vehicles.                  
o   DOT Program in US: Shawn, JJ Keller, Element. Need EHS assistance—this is a regulatory compliance program                  
§  Vehicles (10,001+ lbs)                  
·        Electronic Logging Device installation                  
·        Placards/decals on vehicle                  
·        Fuel transactions (monthly)                  
·        Inspections                  
·        Proper accounts (IRP, IFTA, HUT)                  
§  Drivers                  
·        Driver qualification – Initial and continuous                  
o   Files – application, review of MVR, safety performance history records requests, etc.                  
o   Road test and road test certificate                  
o   Medical examiner certificate (DOT Physical)                  
o   Drug & Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers – 26,001 lbs +)                  
·        Training                  
·        Continuous review and reporting                  
o   DOT Program in Canada: WORK IN PROCESS. Need EHS assistance—this is a regulatory compliance program                  
§  Mclean site has crane truck over the set weight threshold. CVOR # has been created.                  
o   Telehandler/Crane Requests:                  
§  Work with Guardian Fleet to fulfill site/team telehandler needs. Typically, Guardian provides quotes/available options to the site for review. Services Support team assists with billing.       
o   Toll Program- just initiated Q1 2022                  
§  Toll transponder materials sent out to drivers. Ensure drivers understand toll program and what is needed from them – installation of transponder and communication of concerns, violations, etc.
