How about this one? We’re seeking Electronic Assemblers to work for a globally recognized leader in providing state-of-the-art power distribution solutions located in Streetsboro. These are immediate Temp-To-Hire roles which will convert to a permanent position.

1st & 2nd Shifts Available
6:00 am – 2:30 pm Mon – Fri or 2:00 pm – 12:30 am Mon – Thur

Wage: $20 – $21 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret instructions such as work orders, diagrams, wire lists and verbal directions to determine materials needed in sequencing assembly of given product

  • Fabrication and installation of flexibar as required

  • Installation of larger power wires; inclusive of retrieving, crimp lugging and heat sleeve shrinking

  • Inspection of parts, materials and assemblies to comply with company quality standards

  • Become familiar with interpreting 3-D solid model viewers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Assembly in a manufacturing environment or transferrable mechanical experience

  • Must have the ability to read assembly drawings and follow direction

  • Ability to use hand tools & wire crimpers

Preferred Requirements

  • Electrical assembly experience

  • Excellent documentation skills

  • Ability to navigate an array of computer programs

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and handle heavy parts up to 30 lbs.

  • Must be able to stand for extended time periods, up to the entire eight-hour shift

  • Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, or climb a stepladder while working

  • Must be able to reach above and forward at least 18 inches

  • Must possess hand dexterity and install small hardware

  • Must have good vision to inspect parts and assemblies
