Assistant Recruiter Internship

Kelly is looking for an Assistant Recruiter Intern to assist at our Beaumont office! We are looking for someone 

Location: MUST be local to the Beaumont, TX area
Salary: $12 /hr
Hours: 35 hours a week

Are you a recent high school or college graduate passionate about human resources and recruiting? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment? If so, we invite you to apply for our Recruiting Internship program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Participate in candidate sourcing and outreach activities.

  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.

  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
