Quality Control Associate

| Redondo Beach, CA | Temp to Hire | $20-22/hr |

Job Description:

Kelly Science and Clinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA. This is a full-time, onsite role responsible for ensuring product quality by inspecting shipments, reviewing drawings and specifications, recording inspection results, and proposing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.

  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Record and document inspection results accurately.

  • Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies.

  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
