Location: Durham NC
Hourly Pay Rate: $22
Schedule: 4PM-12AM, Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented GMP Cleaner to join our team. This critical role involves ensuring the cleanliness and compliance of cleanroom, controlled environment, and GMP laboratory settings. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, able to follow strict procedures, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning operations in cleanrooms and controlled environments according to strict guidelines.

  • Monitor and ensure all cleaning activities are completed promptly and accurately.

  • Participate in continuous training programs including cGMP, technical skills, safety, and performance improvement.

  • Maintain detailed documentation using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Conduct micro-cleaning of all surfaces within controlled environments, including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors.

  • Adhere precisely to customer standard operating procedures, ensuring thorough documentation.

  • Identify cleaning deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.

  • Effective communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform cleaning tasks.

  • Close and clear vision at 20 inches or less, and color vision to distinguish colors.

  • Depth perception and three-dimensional vision for judging distances and spatial relationships.

  • Ability to adjust focus to bring objects into sharp view.
