These are Direct Hire, Permanent positions, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

**SIGN ON BONUS**EARN UP TO $1200!!!**

Shifts and pay available:
8pm – 8am (will work 3 nights one week, 4 the next. Will work every other weekend)
8am – 8pm (will work 3 days one week, 4 the next. Will work every other weekend)

$1,200 Sign-On Bonus
Skilled/Experienced Level:
$22 – $28/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all work safely following personal and product safety rules.

  • Inspect the Extruded product for any visual defects and fill out inspection reports regularly.

  • Operate automated Extruding equipment.

  • Pack finished products according to the set standards.

  • Prepare boxes to be filled with finished products.

  • Count, weigh, and record the number of materials moved or handled.

  • Complete daily production reports accurately.

  • Handle rework tasks, sorting, and document any defective materials.

  • Keep work areas clean and organized, following 5S and safety guidelines.

  • Operate automated extruding equipment.

  • Work on improving your skills.

  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience operating extrusion machinery, a key process used in manufacturing various

  • materials, including plastics, rubber, and metals

  • Proficient in setting up, operating, and monitoring extruder machines.

  • Ability to adjust machine parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, screw speed) to ensure proper

  • material flow and product quality.

  • Load and unload material into the machine using hoists and mobile equipment such forklifts

  • Maintaining production logs, including any adjustments made to the machine or process during the shift and entering details into the computer system

  • Managing material input and ensuring that it is properly fed into the extruder to avoid issues like blockages or inconsistencies.

  • Assist maintenance in troubleshooting and repairing during the mechanical downtime

  • Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling of machinery, materials, and hazardous substances.

  • Assist the management in improving safety, quality, and production

  • Able to work on different assembly lines and production equipment

  • Be Maintaining production logs, including any adjustments made to the machine or process during the shift.
