Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-22/hour

What’s a typical day as a Quality Inspector? You’ll be:
• Reading and interpreting specifications and part prints
• Performing accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies
• Filing all Quality Assurance article/material history records
• Conducting various tests and quality checks on finished articles
• Maintaining the maintenance and calibration program for all equipment
• Auditing and monitoring quality requirements in accordance with company policies and customer specifications
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma
• Have 3-5 years of work experience in a related field or a combination of work experience and education in automotive, medical appliance, construction equipment, or similar engineered products
• Possess good inspection skills and knowledge of metrology, quality processes, and paperwork
• Can use and read basic inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauge, thread gauge pins, multimeter, gauge blocks, etc.
