We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at an Engineering company in Fargo specializing in agricultural equipment. This position will support the office and sales team with administrative and customer service tasks.

Salary: $37,500 – $46,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Managing and processing incoming orders by phone, email, and walk-in customers in a timely manner
• Accurately processing customer quotes, invoices & pack slips
• Maintaining customer relationships with order follow-up inquiries
• Assigning qualified prospects to the sales team and entering them into CRM
• Assisting with maintaining ongoing yearly service team schedules
• Processing customer returns
• Taking payments over the phone and in person
• Communicating with purchasing and warehouse regarding order status changes and inventory
• Providing backup support to other departments as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are a high school graduate
• Have 1+ years of customer service experience
• Have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management skills
• Have effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Are proficient with technology including e-mail, internet, and Office 365 applications
• Have experience with using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
• Have the ability to quickly adapt to change and work with diverse customers
