As a key player in this role, you will lead complex equipment installations, perform troubleshooting, and provide expert training and support to customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation, inspection, and repair of advanced equipment in the field.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, analyzing complex data to ensure smooth operations.

  • Provide expert product and service training to customers, ensuring they get the most out of their systems.

  • Interface with customers to deliver high-quality service and technical support.

  • Manage projects and field operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

  • STEM-related degree (Associate’s minimum).

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and complex technical systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; PLS/PRS software experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Physical Demands: This role requires working on-site at customer facilities and may involve lifting up to 50 lbs., as well as standing, bending, and positioning yourself to work on equipment.
