Position Overview

As an Inventory Worker, you will play a crucial role in our production process, handling order processing, assembly line operations, and quality assurance to keep the workflow running smoothly and efficiently. This position may require operating a forklift and manufacturing equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assembly line and packaging tasks to meet daily production goals

  • Process and load orders to complete shipments

  • Pull and pack materials, label, and organize items for delivery

  • Handle merchandise carefully, including fragile items, following proper procedures

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in workstations and shipping areas

  • Follow company standards to ensure quality and productivity

  • Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and support teammates as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred)

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Worker

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally

  • Basic forklift operation skills are a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Standing: 40%, Walking: 30%, Sitting: 30%

  • Normal dexterity, vision, hearing, and sense of smell required

  • Ability to lift items up to 40 lbs
