Assembly Worker – Manufacturing Associate (Precision Assembly)
– Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm (opportunity for overtime on Friday-Saturday)
$24/hr

Job Summary:
This company ultrasound technology, as an Assembly Worker. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be a crucial part of our fast-paced and innovative manufacturing environment. Your role will involve contributing to the production of high-quality diagnostic ultrasound transducers. 

Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
— Location: Bothell, WA
– Pay Rate: Starting wage of $24.00/hr
– Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm (opportunity for overtime on Friday-Saturday)

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Weigh and mix epoxy-based materials for manufacturing processes.
– Clean and assemble high-precision molds.
– Perform light mechanical assembly of small components using hand tools and torque drivers.
– Carry out manual assembly operations such as shielding, gluing, and cable preparation.
– Work with hands under a microscope to perform hand soldering of fine pitch cables and flexible circuits.
– Measure thin layers using high-precision drop gauges.
– Utilize tools such as height gages, calipers, micrometers, saws, machine mills, and machine lathes.
– Demonstrate basic computer skills for device history record transactions.
– Follow all required procedures, including Assembly Instruction, Personal Protective Equipment, and Device History Record.
– Mix, cast, and cure epoxy-based materials.
– Perform various manufacturing functions such as casting, bonding, shielding, packaging, testing, wiring, gluing, and component installation.
– Provide training and guidance to other Manufacturing Associates.
– Assist in other areas of Manufacturing and Operations as needed.
– Maintain cleanliness and perform maintenance on machines.
– Contribute to projects focused on internal assessment, material management, yield improvement, etc.
– Uphold the company’s quality system and ensure compliance with requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Experience in high-tech manufacturing preferred.
– Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
– Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
– Effective verbal and written communication skills.
