At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Quality Control Inspectors to work for a leading Food Manufacturing company in Penn Yan, NY. We’re here to help find a career opportunity that works for you!

Pay: $18.75 to $19.25/hr. Temp to Hire.
Rotating Shifts: Days (7am – 7pm,) or Overnights (7pm – 7am).

  • Never work more than 3 days in a row, and enjoy 3 day weekends every other week!

 

What does a typical day look like for this positionYou’ll be:

  • Sampling products to ensure quality through physical, chemical and sensory evaluation.

  • Sampling packaging to ensure integrity through visual and tear-down examinations.

  • Ensuring proper labeling and packaging formats.

  • Following and documenting according to company parameters.

  • Performing other job duties as required 

The ideal candidate for this role will…

  • Have a High School Diploma/GED

  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

  • Have excellent communication skills and a team oriented mindset

  • Food industry experience is preferred, but not required
