Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner – Recruiter

Hybrid work schedule- onsite and work from home

Location: Miami Florida

Salary – depends on experience $35-40 per hour

Temporary to Direct hire

 

Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner – Recruiter who will help attract, engage, and hire top talent across a range of roles. As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and source candidates who align with our company’s values and goals.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source and Attract Talent: Use innovative strategies, job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified candidates.

  • Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting plans.

  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: From sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and facilitating onboarding, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process.

  • Build Talent Pipelines: Maintain a network of candidates for future roles and proactively engage passive talent.

  • Provide a Great Candidate Experience: Ensure each candidate has a positive and professional experience, regardless of the outcome.

  • Track and Report Metrics: Use data to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Onboarding: Initiate and manage onboarding process

  • Additional responsibilities include: Training and development and Compliance

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

  • A passion for creating an inclusive, equitable, and positive candidate experience.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and employer branding.
