Job Description: Process Control Clerk

Type: Full Time – Long Term
Shift: We have one day shift and also one night shift openings 

Pay: $32- $37 an hour (depending on experience/education) plus an additional $4.98 Health and Wellness pay towards medical or 401K. 
Location: Menlo Park, CA

Overview:
The Process Control Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by providing timely customer service, processing work orders, and coordinating logistics. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to work orders.

    • Process incoming calls and generate appropriate work orders based on established procedures.

    • Coordinate emergency responses and dispatching procedures.

    • Enter, analyze, and extract data using the maintenance management system.

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as calendaring, email correspondence, and data entry.

    • Support logistics operations by coordinating incoming calls and ensuring timely responses.

    • Manage service desk and logistics operations, including calls, data entry, and documentation.

    • Contribute to maintenance planning and process improvement efforts.

    • Monitor building management systems (BMS) and fire systems.

    • Coordinate calls to field operations for immediate responses to critical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proficiency in computer applications, including maintenance management systems

    • Attention to detail and accuracy


  • Experience:

    • Background in administration or related field

    • Experience with customer service and data management preferred


  • Education:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent

    • College preferred but not required

    • Responsible and reliable
