Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23 - $25/hour

What’s a typical day as a Quality Inspector? You’ll be:
• Investigating and addressing quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinating material disposition of non-conforming products, such as rework, replacement, and acceptance under deviations
• Performing inspections of materials according to drawings and standards
• Collaborating with both internal departments and outside suppliers
• Implementing and improving measures regarding quality control
• Operating Coordinate Measuring Machine to inspect products
• Following up on quality problems to ensure verification of effectiveness
• Escalating issues if adequate measures are not initiated

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of two years of experience in quality control in the parts/components manufacturing field
• Possess the ability to read and interpret drawings, with detailed knowledge of GD&T
• Have experience with measuring equipment and detailed knowledge of inspection techniques
• Have good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Can effectively work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Foster a can-do positive attitude
• Have a two-year technical degree or a suitable combination of education and work experience
