Are you looking for your next great career? Kelly Services in partnership with the world’s leading Powersports Manufacturer is now hiring Automotive Assemblers in Monticello, MN.
This is a long-term, temporary to hire position that is available ASAP!
Pay and Shifts:
1st Weekday: Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm $16.90/hour
1st Weekend: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5:45am-6:15pm $19.44/hour

What is a typical day as an Automotive Assembler? You will:
- Deburrs, inspects, assembles and leak tests various parts while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Maintains production rate in terms of quality and quantity assigned to the job
- Uses various measuring tools and inspection gauges
- Inspects parts to specifications and identifies any non-conformances
- Document and communicate any action taken on parts/production operations
An Assembler job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing/assembly experience
- Have the ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Have excellent communication skills
