Schedule: Full Time, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

Position Overview:?
Kelly Services has partnered with a leading e-commerce direct-to-consumer retailer is seeking a Email Marketing Specialist to join their team in Cranston, RI. This role involves creating and executing personalized campaigns that align with promotional and seasonal goals, ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital channels. The specialist will manage campaign calendars, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the entire process from campaign setup to deployment. Success in this position will be measured by increased revenue, customer growth, and improved campaign performance
Responsibilities:?

• Develop personalized email and SMS strategies to increase engagement and revenue as part of multi-channel campaigns.
  

• Measure success through revenue growth, customer acquisition, purchase frequency, and engagement via email/SMS.
  

• Create and maintain detailed email and SMS marketing calendars.
  

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Production teams to drive campaign results and enhance customer experience.
  

• Oversee all aspects of email campaigns, from setup to deployment.
  

• Manage campaign setup, scheduling, testing, and deployment of various email types.
  

• Lead QA for promotions and merchandising, ensuring accuracy and alignment with seasonal plans.
  

• Stay updated on best practices, implementing a test-and-learn approach to enhance performance.
  

• Share insights and promote new growth opportunities within the organization.
  

• Work with technology partners to enhance email/SMS performance.
  

• Maintain high execution standards in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve email/SMS performance and support business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:?

• 3+ years’ experience in email & SMS marketing, Bachelor’s degree
  

• In-depth knowledge of email marketing and best practices, including developing automated and lifecycle programs
  

• Expertise partnering with creative teams to deliver elevated marketing content
  

• Experience with segmentation strategies and campaign management system
  

• Ability to juggle multiple, competing, high priority projects – identifying creative solutions
