We at Kelly Services are looking to fill an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist role in New Haven, CT for a leading company that focuses on clinical research and nuclear drug transformation to support the development of treatments for neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, as well as Oncology and other pathologies. 

 

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering you the chance to grow with a company that prioritizes professional development and fosters a supportive team atmosphere. You will play a key role in managing front desk operations, interacting with clinical staff, and supporting research teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide excellent customer service to providers and participants. 

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. 

  • Manage front desk operations: greeting participants, answering phones, handling messages, and managing mail. 

  • Maintain electronic filing and minimal physical filing. 

  • Collaborate with research teams, providers, and nursing staff. 

  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the business. 

Required Skills: 

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, virtual meetings). 

  • Previous experience working in a medical office as an administrator/receptionist.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Previous long term experience in administrative/front desk receptionist roles in a healthcare or medical office.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

Work Schedule & Benefits: 

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM 

  • Pay: $24/hr

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week 

  • Flexible breaks and a one-hour lunch period
