NDT Technician (West Chester, PA)

NDT Technician Responsibilities:
Develop and implement NDT procedures and testing techniques for various inspection methods such as ultrasonic (UT) and magnetic particle (MT).
Provide technical leadership and guidance to NDT Level 1 and 2 personnel, ensuring proper training and certification according to industry standards.
Interpret and evaluate test results, ensuring that inspections comply with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
Establish inspection criteria, acceptance standards, and provide expert input in the design of testing methodologies.
Lead NDT-related audits and ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality regulations.
Maintain and update certification documentation, inspection reports, and records of NDT procedures.
NDT Technician Requirements
Certified as a NDT Technician (Level II or Level III).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
