Exciting Part-Time HR Assistant Opportunity in Detroit Lakes, MN!
Are you ready for a new and rewarding role? Kelly is seeking a part-time HR Assistant to join our team and support our client in Detroit Lakes, MN. This role offers flexible scheduling between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, with 24 hours per week. Starting pay is $20+ per hour, based on experience.

As a Kelly HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring top-notch employee service delivery. You will serve as the vital link between Kelly, the client, and our employees, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and contractual agreements are fulfilled. Your responsibilities will include employee relations, client reporting, payroll, and compliance with contract requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, talent management, education, or staffing.

  • A good understanding of HR and staffing practices, including ADA, off-boarding, employment law, talent management, and contract language, is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with web-based ATS/sales technology is required.
