Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hour

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

  • Greeting and assisting office visitors, answering phones, and providing accurate information or forwarding calls to the appropriate personnel.

  • Receiving, receipting, and processing consumer payments, including mail/drop box payments, fees, and deposits; totaling daily receipts and balancing the cash drawer.

  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding services and billing.

  • Submitting general service orders for customer accounts.

  • Assisting in preparing customer applications for service.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have prior customer service experience.

  • Can interact effectively with people beyond just giving and receiving instructions.

  • Are adaptable and able to perform under stress in emergency situations or tight deadlines.

  • Are available to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
