Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20 hr
What’s a typical day as a Document Control Assistant? You’ll be:
• Responsible for the Midstream Projects portfolio document management, overseeing over 886 projects from design to final handover phases.
• Supervising Engineering firm’s document control processes and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enforcing controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution, and accessibility of engineering documentation.
• Facilitating efficient status tracking, change notification, and provisioning of documents on the approved Company electronic document management system.
• Ensuring all approved project contractual deliverables provided to the Company meet specifications and standards.
• Coordinating with third parties to confirm documentation deliverables align with approved engineering practices.
• Collaborating with multiple company departments for turnover needs, final as-built, operations, information management, and final retention.
• Organizing and managing efficient, secure, and appropriate access to documents and records.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have 5 or more years of experience in a business environment related to records management.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Are proficient with electronic data management systems and document imaging.
• Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• Have strong initiative and the ability to work independently as well as with a diverse and complex project team.
• Are proficient in SAP.
• Are knowledgeable in Live Link.
• Have experience operating as a SharePoint Administrator.
