What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Creating a safety culture and implementing workplace policies
• Leading and coaching skilled trades/maintenance personnel in all aspects of asset management, including asset availability, preventative maintenance, and condition-based monitoring technologies
• Leveraging machine monitoring tools to identify constraints in the system and reduce interruptions in production flow
• Building strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams
• Communicating effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners, and customers
• Administering the collective bargaining agreement consistently and effectively
• Evaluating team member performance and encouraging continuous improvement
