Service Coordinator – Dispatcher 

Location: Green Brook, NJ

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

Direct Hire In-Office Position with Full Benefits

 

Exciting opportunity for a growing commercial HVAC contractor, is looking for a Service Coordinator – Dispatcher  to join their team in Green Brook, NJ. Let us help you take the next step in your career.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently dispatch and coordinate service requests.

  • Communicate with technicians and clients to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Provide triage support to client needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and work orders.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams for technician billing and hours.

  • Ensure top-notch customer service via phone and email.

 

Qualifications:

  • Have prior experience in a service coordination or dispatcher role.

  • Possess basic knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and air conditioning.

  • Excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy multitasking.

  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Stay calm and professional under pressure.

  • Are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Have the interpersonal skills to work with a variety of client and employee personalities.
