Real Estate Title Specialist

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Location: Norfolk, VA
Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Title Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will review title searches, enter data accurately, and resolve title issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and bookmark real estate title searches.

  • Accurately enter data into database systems.

  • Research and resolve title discrepancies, including missing interests.

  • Run database searches using SCRA and PACER.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, mortgage servicing, or law required

  • Must be able to speak to the real estate titling process

  • Proficient in Microsoft software; experience with LPS, Tempo, or VendorScape is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is beneficial.
