We’re seeking a QA Technician to work with one of our top industry clients at Manati, PR. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right. 

Salary: 1st shift $13.00/hr, 2nd shift 14.30/hr, 3rd shift 14.95/hr

Overview:
The QA Technician will be responsible for the audit of batch records of raw materials, API, packaging components, solid and oral powder products areas, issuance of investigation, rapid responses handling, and for the release of the finished good products, raw materials, and packaging components.
Schedule: Available any shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Responsabilities:

  • Quality Assurance Compliance – Responsible for the audit of batch records of solid and oral powder products, raw materials and packaging components. Responsible for batch records audit on production areas during process.

  • Quality Release – Responsible for the give release of finished product, raw materials, and packaging components. Approve quality of raw materials, packaging components for use.

  • Provide disposition to products.

  • Perform GEMBAs on operations and packaging areas to assure GMP compliance.

  • Final product releases.

  • Preventive – Maintains the Quarantine/ Rejections and Operational Start Up (OSU), Line Clearance, SOPs and Forms generations and revisions.

  • Ensuring quality and compliance within production deadline.

  • Implementation of quality changes of part of CAPA (SOPs, Forms revisions).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Science with at least 1 year of quality related assignments or production experience in a Pharmaceutical industry.

Or combination of study and experience (Associate degree with 3 years of experience or High School diploma with 5 years of experience).

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish language, both written and oral.

  • Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Office, Track wise, Inventory Systems Proficiency

  • Available any shift
