Our client a  Power Transmission and Bulk Material Handling Industry, classified as an essential business has partnered with Kelly to recruit for a permanent Bilingual Inside Sales Representative. If you have technical knowledge and dynamic personality and want to work with a growing organization consider the following:
 
Requirements:
 
In this role, you will sell manufactured components to internal and external customers while providing technical information, support, and service. Responsibilities include:
 

  • Responding to inbound sales calls for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.

  • Securing and renewing orders, arranging delivery, and collaborating with manufacturing facilities.

  • Entering orders and quotes, performing follow-ups, and ensuring seamless execution in a dynamic environment.

  • Providing technical and non-technical support regarding equipment use, operation, and maintenance.

  • Completing an extensive hands-on training program and focusing on personal development.

  • Working a salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent group RRSP profit-sharing plan.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

 
Skills/Experience:

  • Bilingual (French)

  • 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

  • Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills

Education:

  • High School Diploma required

  • College diploma or University degree
