Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm, Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Length: 6 month (temp to hire)
Payrate: $32 per hour
The Marketing Support Coordinator will be responsible for oversight and management of each of the Business Units collateral/literature programs, and the business requirements related to these programs. This role will be instrumental in defining and sharing the collateral/literature processes related to our field personnel and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain business rules between the Company and third-party vendors
- Proactively review current business rules and processes related to Collateral/Literature and OTC distribution
- Identify areas of improvement in all Collateral/Literature and OTC programs
- Document and submit change requests related to product setup in internal and external systems (i.e., in CRM/Veeva)
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and Sample Operations team members to coordinate Collateral/Literature and OTC shipments and orders
- Monitor Collateral/Literature and OTC distribution data and escalate issues/suggestions for improvements to the Executive Director, Commercial Operations & Analytics, or designee
- Ensure vendors have roster updates and are informed of roster process changes
- Review and assist in modifying the new hire process for best practices and efficiencies
- Review New Item Request Forms (NIRFs) to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Review and Process Exception approvals daily
- Review, format, and distribute inventory reports to internal stakeholders weekly
- Act as a point person of escalation for stakeholders, identify issues, root causes, and corrective actions
- Communicate allocation and shipping-related information to third-party vendors
- Process ad-hoc and/or Convention orders as needed
- Ongoing dialogue with vendors and business stakeholders through regular meetings, emails, calls, and formal notifications to determine and/or notify of requirements and schedule changes
- Participate and provide feedback for vendor Business Review meetings, if applicable
- Provide inventory collateral reports to stakeholders on a regular schedule as well as ad hoc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Pharmaceutical industry preferred (not required)
- Experience in working with inventory/distribution vendors preferred (not required)
- Veeva Vault experience preferred
- Detail-oriented – thorough, organized, accurate, and productive
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data to determine if requirements are being followed and recommend process changes
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Self-motivated
- Positive attitude
- Collaborative and hands-on team player with a high customer focus
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
