Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Line Lead for a Manufacturing Warehouse in Statesville, NC  
 
Shift:  

2nd shift: 3:00pm – 1:00 pm
Monday –Thursday
 Friday with Over Time required when needed. 

Pay:
$20 an hr + $1hr shift premium
Weekly pay
Possible Direct Hire for the right person

 
Duties:
• Leading and directing the operation of the assigned production line(s) and associated production equipment to ensure customer requirements and production goals are met 
• Ensuring appropriate documentation, work instructions, and work orders are available to all employees for setup, operation, monitoring, and maintaining the production line 
• Reading and interpreting production work orders to determine appropriate machine process settings and verifying that production line setup is correct 
• Maintaining equipment, observing safety rules, and maintaining good housekeeping and workplace organization 
• Referring performance issues and worker grievances to shift supervisors or production managers for resolution 
 
Requirements: 
• 3-5 years of line lead experience (packing)
• Have excellent judgment and leadership abilities 
• Can perform duties with little direct supervision 
• Are responsible, dependable, and have demonstrated good work ethics 
• Have strong oral and written communication skills 
• Possess excellent multi-tasking skills and can work well under pressure and within tight timelines 
• Are self-motivated and have strong problem resolution skills 
• Are safety conscious and have good computer skills
