4:00am-2:30pm
3:00pm-1:30am M-Thurs
6:00am-6:30pm 3x 12’s Fri, Sat, Sun
1st shift $20-$24/hr DOE
2nd shift $22-$24/hr DOE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Laminator/Trimmer/Assembler to join our team. As a Laminator, you will be responsible for performing various techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and Standard Work Instruction (SWI). Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality composite parts. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in composite manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.

Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
– Location: Sumner, WA

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Lay-up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and SWI instructions
– Wrap mold with composite materials, in preparation for the curing process, to form composite parts
– Check for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning, reporting all discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor
– Verify that materials being used are according to the manufacturing plan
– Verify part ID tag and sign off on work performed
– Adhere to schedules and time allowances (takt time) for production requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
– Ability to read and understand detailed instructions and follow demonstrated steps
– Acute attention to detail
– Excellent hand-eye coordination
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
– Experience in composite manufacturing is a plus
