About Us: We are a dynamic interior design firm specializing in hospitality design. Our work blends creativity with functionality, helping our clients bring their vision to life. We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the design team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Assist in project coordination by managing timelines, documents, and vendor communication.

  • Maintain and organize office files, project binders, and samples.

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors, ensuring professional and timely communication.

  • Prepare and format presentations, proposals, and design boards.

  • Manage inventory of office and design supplies, ordering materials as needed.

  • Handle general office duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a creative or design-focused environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • A passion for design and creativity is key.
