Kelly Services is hiring a entry-level customer service representative  for our customer in Wailuku!  

Location: Wailuku, Maui  
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)  
Pay Rate: $14/hr  

Position Summary: 
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire position. Under general supervision, you will develop and maintain customer relations, assist customers with pricing and delivery or will-call requirements, and perform inventory control and administrative tasks.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
– Adhere to all safety practices and procedures while performing tasks in all work areas.
– Assist customers with product pricing and delivery or will-call requirements, both in person and over the telephone.
– Ensure validity of licenses (e.g., Restricted Use licenses) and update database as necessary.
– Input cash and credit card payments into the JD Edwards system; prepare deposit slips and make bank runs.
– Communicate delivery requirements to warehouse personnel and update delivery tags daily for accurate sales figures.
– Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and within company policy.

Qualifications:
– Strong computer skills; working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Interest in commodities such as agricultural, turf & ornamental, pest control, and industrial products is desired but not required.
– Ability to learn general office procedures and company policies related to sales, billing, inventory, and record keeping.
– Experience with AS400 is a plus but not mandatory.
