Kelly Professional & Industrial has an exciting opportunity to work in the medical device industry! Look no further than our open positions for Medical Device Production in Lakeland, FL. Our client is a leading provider of reprocessing/remanufacturing services for medical devices and has been named the #1 Best Workplace in Manufacturing and Production since 2017!
Pay & Shift:
- 1st shift: 5am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday, $15.00 per hour
- 2nd shift: 4pm – 2:30am, Monday – Friday, $16.00 per hour
- Will be required to work up to 2 Saturdays each month

Position Information:
- Responsible for visually inspecting products to ensure they are clean and undamaged
- Sorting, disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling surgical devices in a cleanroom environment
- Following strict work instructions and documenting daily activity
- Adhering to a clean-room environment dress code: no make-up, artificial nails, artificial eyelashes, nail polish, or jewelry or piercings.
Required Experience:
- Ability to stand, kneel, walk, bend, sit, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout full 10-hour shift
- Have good manual dexterity and the ability to handle small parts
- Have strong hand/eye coordination and can work in a fast-paced, production environment
- Are detail-oriented and have basic computer skills
