Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18-$25

Schedule Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

What’s a typical day as an SMT Operator? You’ll be:
Setting up and operating Juki Surface Mount Pick/Place machines.
• Inspecting and testing finished SMT products for quality.
• Setting up and operating Dek Screen Printer and Heller Reflow Oven.
• Loading proper parts into machines and filling solder paste.
• Adjusting, setting up, and operating SMT machines per job order.
• Monitoring product through the entire SMT process.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1-2 years of SMT assembly experience.
• Are IPC-A-610 Certified.
• Have a working knowledge of electronics and electronic systems.
• Possess excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Are knowledgeable in computers and computer/controller interfaces.
• Have experience with electronic component assembly.
• Have undergone IPC-610 training.
• Are familiar with ESD procedures.
• Have experience with solder paste/stenciling and mechanical tooling/fixtures.
• Have the ability to read and comprehend English.
