Salary:  $28.00-$30.00 hour

Schedule:  Onsite, 7:30AM-4PM, Monday-Friday

Duration:  6 months, temp to perm.

What’s a typical day as a Training Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Creating and delivering site communication surrounding training announcements in a timely manner.
• Updating and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) course and session data.
• Supporting training across the winery by creating timelines for training execution and implementation.
• Serving as the subject matter expert for the LMS and training users on its application.
• Collaborating with HRIS to ensure proper maintenance of the LMS.
• Updating and maintaining the Training department’s intranet page.
• Managing vendor files and contracts, verifying scheduling, and ensuring objectives are aligned.
• Developing and maintaining evaluation reports and providing additional reporting as needed.
• Managing budget expenditures for the department.
• Supporting the setup and support of trainers/participants for training sessions.
• Educating clients on the site training department’s policies and procedures.
• Conducting New Hire Orientation training as needed.
• Identifying and suggesting ways to improve/streamline department processes and procedures.
• Providing administrative oversight and technical support to the Training department.
• Transporting training materials and supplies to various locations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in human resources, corporate training, or operations support.
•  Display critical thinking abilities and able to multitask.
• Are skilled in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word at a basic level.
