Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $23-$24/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant I to join our team. This role will support our executive team and requires someone who is preferably bilingual in Spanish. The ideal candidate will have some accounting experience, be organized, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light accounting tasks, including scanning and logging receipts for payment.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Purchase and order office supplies as needed.
- Delegate tasks to other team members as necessary.
- Field emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings efficiently.
- Conduct occasional data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
- Some accounting background is optimal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
