Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.41 per hour
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

What’s a typical day as Fitness Center Account Manager? You’ll be:
- Managing membership accounts, collections, accounts payable, and month and year-end close processes
- Developing and implementing strong internal controls to collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information
- Overseeing and auditing memberships, guest accounts, and non-dues revenue
- Providing excellent customer service, including front desk duties and responding to membership queries
- Managing all aspects of accounts payable, including vendor contracts and payment reconciliations
- Supervising front-line customer service staff and maintaining high productivity and service standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school education with 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in higher education or a nonprofit, OR a bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience
- Must possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills..
- Possess knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written, telephone, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Can work independently or as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Are adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage shifting priorities
