Kelly is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our premier client In Ypsilanti, MI. and assist with general office duties as well as some AP (Accounts Payable) tasks. In this role, you’ll need to wear multiple hats and be willing to pitch in wherever needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to a dynamic workplace.

Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
Temp to hire
Pay is $18-$22

Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire paperwork and employee files

  • Verify employment and handle weekly drug test requests

  • Process new employee or annual physical paperwork

  • Assist with AP duties and AR tasks after training

  • Enter payroll with review from a co-employee

  • Gather paperwork from foremen on Mondays to ensure timely payroll entry

  • Perform data entry for proposal templates

  • Basic office filing and organization tasks

  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions (experience is a plus)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Basic office filing experience

  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with project managers and foremen

  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
