  • Have a Strong Background in Operational Excellence: You bring 8-10+ years of experience in the automotive industry and have expertise in resource management, KPI oversight, and leading training programs, ensuring that teams are aligned with company standards and operational goals.

 
Salary: $95k – 100k DOE plus benefits
Shift: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
 
Main Benefits:

  • Healthcare The healthcare plan will be valued at the ACA’s “Gold” level or above,
80% – Plan paid (employer contribution + employee payroll deduction)
20% – Employee out-of-pocket expenses

  • Eight fully paid sick days per year

  • Paid Time Off: 10 working days per year

  • Paid Parental Leave: 12 weeks fully paid parental leave 401K (Matching 5% Max)
