  • Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary for Fleet Mechanic Trainer:

  • $30 – $35/hr (based on experience)

Job Overview:
The FD&R Instructor works directly with the technician team to provide support and training on new hires and ongoing learning initiatives. The role focuses on delivering technical training for Vehicle tech, ensuring that technicians are equipped with the necessary skills to maintain and repair vehicles effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Execution: Deliver training for new hires and ongoing learning initiatives, ensuring that technicians have the skills to diagnose and repair the AV vehicles to company standards.

  • Ongoing Learning: Facilitate continuous learning and upskilling opportunities for technicians

  • Training Needs Assessment: Work with the Lead Instructor and site leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.

  • Program Management: Take ownership of the Vehicle tech training program

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A professional with significant experience in AV or technical fields, combined with teaching or coaching experience. A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience is desirable.

  • Training Expertise: Strong experience in developing and delivering technical training programs, especially in fields related to AV.

  • Operations Support: Experience working directly with operations teams, with a focus on training and performance improvement.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, and travel to support sites.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
