Job Title: Junior Accounts Payable Analyst – Vendor Master
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Duration: Long term contract, potentially contract to hire
Pay: up to $30/hr. depending on experience
Hours: 8a- 5p

Purpose of Position:
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for reviewing and maintaining the Vendor Master file, ensuring the accuracy of information in a timely manner.

General Functions/Specific Responsibilities:

  • Set up suppliers and maintain 1099 information.

  • Ensure compliance with company-approved policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

  • Provide audit support as requested.

  • Assist with AP month-end closing and audit requests.

  • Enter invoices scanned into the Omniflow system (Indexing).

  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Required Education / Skills / Abilities:

  • 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience (open to candidates with education in accounting and some customer service experience)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Experience with SAP is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Outstanding customer service and service orientation

  • Process mindset with focus on continuous improvement

  • Willing to commit to additional hours during the month end/quarter end close

Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days at home. The office is always open, but the first 2-3 weeks will require in-office work from Monday to Thursday. Flexibility on in-office days will be offered afterward.
