Job details
Our client is seeking a 3rd shift CNC Machinist who enjoys custom job machining and working in an R&D Lab Environment to work with engineers on new product development and prototyping. Also seeking CNC Operators for the same shift!! DIRECT HIRE!!
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience with conversational programming, CAD/CAM with a software such as Solidworks to modify jobs, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with peers and management.

Skills Requires/Desired:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience with deburring and grinding
- Conversational programming desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and independently.
- Observe machines on trial runs or conduct simulations to ensure that programs and machinery will function properly and produce items that meet specifications.
- Modify existing programs to enhance efficiency.
- Make management aware of any conditions that may affect the efficiency, quality or completion of jobs, and assist in activities within the machine shop.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of their business relationships.
- Understanding of GD&T
- AS Degree highly desired or 5 years+ experience
