Pay: $21-$24/hr
Mon-Thur 4:30pm-3:30am and Fridays as needed

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Tech I? You’ll be:
• Conducting daily plant and equipment inspections and documenting tasks.
• Scheduling preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Assisting in maintaining spare parts inventory.
• Dismantling defective equipment and installing new or repaired parts.
• Providing operational or technical guidance to production employees.
• Following safety rules and procedures, including OSHA standards and the company’s process safety management program.
• Recording and performing periodic testing.
• Considering long-term upgrades and repairs.
• Assisting leadership with problem resolution and correction of equipment deficiencies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in maintenance disciplines, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and some electrical repair.
• Have a technical degree (preferred).
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Have good time-management and organizational skills.
• Are flexible with hours and shifts.
• Are available for mandatory overtime when necessary.
• Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Can frequently lift and/or move up to 35-40 pounds comfortably.
• Are comfortable with prolonged sitting, walking, and standing.
• Are available to work Monday – Thursday, with some work on Fridays.
