We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Facilities Specialist to join our team within a Regulated/Pharma/Laboratory industry! This full-time role offers competitive pay and seeks candidates with over 2 years of facilities experience, including HVAC knowledge and experience in regulated environments. You’ll play a vital role by performing maintenance tasks, liaising with vendors, managing documentation, and supporting our EHS programs. If you’re ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

  • Shift: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM (may be occasionally asked to work 7 AM-4 PM)


  • Competitive pay as per experience 

MANAGER MUST HAVES:

  • 2+ years Facilities or facilities related experience


  • HVAC Experience


  • Experience working in regulated environment.

Job function/Responsibilities:

  • Perform Maintenance activities for equipment in use at the site; coordinate, plan and deliver to schedule, ensuring compliance with local procedures and adherence to corporate policies.


  • Create, track, and organize documentation for maintenance activities.


  • Coordinate and interact with suppliers/vendors for work and materials as it pertains to support activities within the facility.


  • Track, update, and support continuous monitoring systems (BMS/FMS).


  • Assist in supporting and maintaining the site hazardous materials and EHS programs.


  • Review supplier documentation to ensure it meets required quality standards and conforms to local guidance.


  • Installation, setup, and support for qualification activities as-needed for new equipment and scale-up/build-out of the plant.


  • Perform periodic inspections of facilities and systems (Assist with periodic review and reporting of facility systems as needed).


  • Support Construction projects and Facilities upgrades as needed.


  • Organize and maintain utilities for the site.

Experience / Training / Education:

  • High School Diploma


  • 2 years’ experience in laboratory facility maintenance.


  • HVAC experience


  • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment.


  • Effective verbal communication skill.


  • Ability to comply with laboratory safety guidelines.


  • Attention to detail.


  • Computer skills, basic knowledge.


  • Problem-solving and analytical skills


  • Ability to work in a team environment.


  • Time-management skills
