Join a cutting edge CRO as the Director of Peptide R&D and lead a team of brilliant scientists in groundbreaking peptide research. With a PhD in Peptide Chemistry and a proven track record in drug discovery, you’ll drive innovation and collaboration in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Peptide research department and lead a team of scientists.

  • Design and develop peptides for various applications.

  • Coordinate with chemistry and biology departments to ensure project success.

  • Lead integrated service projects and collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Issue reports and share research results with relevant parties.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in peptide chemistry.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Peptide Chemistry or a related field with 5 years of experience. 

  • Proven record of achievement in drug discovery and peptide research.

  • Strong management and leadership skills.

  • Excellent scientific problem-solving abilities.

  • Strategic decision-making and active learning capabilities.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Creativity and innovation in research.

  • Fulent in Marderine is a plus.
