Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, temp to hire opportunity for a Sensory Lab Technician in Cincinnati, OH!

Shift: M-F 6am-2pm
A Temporary Opportunity
Starting Pay: $21.17/hour

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct sensory evaluations of products to assess quality and consistency.


  • Prepare and present samples for sensory testing.


  • Document and analyze sensory test results.


  • Collaborate with product development and quality assurance teams to ensure standards are met.


  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure cleanliness and organization.


  • Manage the ordering and inventory of lab supplies used for sensory and microbial testing.


  • Perform calibration and diagnostic maintenance of lab equipment, including the Electronic NOSE (Neotronics Olfactory Sensing Equipment) sensory instrument.


  • Assist in developing sensory protocols and guidelines.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.


  • Experience in a quality assurance or sensory evaluation role preferred.


  • Strong analytical and communication skills.


  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lab management software.


  • Understanding of sensory analysis methods.


  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.


  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
