Pay Rate:  
$20/hour

Schedule: 
Mon-Fri 10 am to 6:30 pm OR Tues-Sat 10 am to 6:30 pm
 
Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming shipments for designated departments, including receiving deliveries and performing associated duties.
  

• Address and resolve issues with incorrectly routed packages, taking necessary steps to complete the process.
  

• Unpack and clean received materials as needed.
  

• Oversee quality control of discarded materials to avoid errors and report to supervisors when necessary.
  

• Ensure specimens maintain their required temperature upon receipt.
  

• Log incoming shipments into the tracking system.
  

• Sort and route samples according to established guidelines for delivery to the appropriate departments.
  

• Process the receipt of incoming kits and verify their contents.
  

• Conduct quality checks on requisition forms.
  

• Input patient information and administrative details into the system.
  

• Organize and prepare requisitions for physical archiving.
  

• Manually aliquot specimens when required.
  

• Set up, calibrate, maintain, and clean lab equipment.
  

• Review test and experiment outcomes for compliance with specifications, using specialized tools and devices.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
