Job Title: Bilingual Eligibility Determination Specialist

Location: Albany, NY

Pay:  $25/hr
Schedule:  Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Description: Join a reputable organization with a mission to provide comprehensive drug and service coverage for individuals with or at risk of acquiring HIV/AIDS. Gain valuable experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in public health programs, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of New York State residents.
Duties:
Answering and triaging Spanish calls on the program’s eligibility hotline.
Processing program applications.
Performing other appropriate related duties.
Qualifications:
Experience as a customer service representative.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This position is temporary with the possiblity of a permanent role, expected to last for 5 months from the start date
