We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person eager to contribute to and maintain a professional office environment in the financial space. You must be willing to learn and assist on projects and assignments within the company’s scope of services. Ultimately, outstanding team members should be detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills. Candidates should also have 10+ years in the financial planning space, preferably licensed.

Job Description

The Client Services Associate role primarily handles administrative tasks and supports the Financial Advisor in various tasks necessary to serve and manage client relationships successfully. These tasks include but are not limited to preparing supporting documentation for client reports, client reviews, and product transactions.

Details

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with some potential Saturdays

  • Preferred Experience: 10+ Years in Financial Space in Exec & Transaction Admin

  • Preferred Software Experience: NETX360, AMP, Albridge, Redtail, eMoney, MorningStar, etc.

  • Licensures (preferable): Series 6, Series 7, and Series 65/66

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be able to pass a background screening & fingerprinting

  • Familiarity with Microsoft or Google applications including but not limited to Outlook/Mail, Document, and Excel/Sheets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask daily tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Ability to handle a flexible work schedule based on workload

  • Ability to uphold client confidentiality

  • A desire to learn and take initiative with problem-solving

  • Attend meetings and notate minutes

  • Assisting in daily administrative duties including but not limited to appointment scheduling, filing, faxing, daily mail, phone duties & etiquette, client correspondence both written & verbal, etc.

  • Ability to execute transactional product paperwork

  • Ability to maintain a CRM (Redtail)

  • Ability to prepare information for client reviews

  • Work with our marketing team to facilitate and execute strategies, website administration, and social media presence

  • Ability to successfully pass a background and credit check within the industry compliance requirements
