At a Leading Food Manufacturing Producer in Owatonna, MN
Positions Available:
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Perks:
- Weekly pay
- Temp to hire in 90 days or less
- Benefits available

Ideal Candidates:
- Have experience in home improvement stores, moving companies, large appliance delivery, stocking shelves, or loading/unloading trucks
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Can lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance)
- Possess basic computer skills
What’s a Typical Day as a Machine Operator?
- Operate machines to produce food products
- Record materials, machine operation functions/readings, and finished goods
- Adjust machine settings to meet quality specifications
- Identify and address machine malfunctions
- Clean machines and support equipment
- Weigh, read, identify, and load raw materials
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble parts
- Operate a forklift (training provided)
- Organize production supply storage areas
- Move and stock finished products and packaging supplies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, factory, assembly, stocking, machine operation, or food handling preferred
- Ability to pass a written test for certification in fork truck operation (training provided)
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, bending, reaching, stooping, walking, and moving frequently
